We also believe our staff are our greatest asset and
we are committed to investing in their training and development
needs. Our company philosophy is to promote from within and we
can only do that if every one of our staff is encouraged and trained
to reach their full potential.
All operational staff undergo an initial training
course, including COSHH training. In addition to the core areas of
health and safety, personal hygiene, use of materials and cleaning
methods, our training also includes administration, communication
and customer service to ensure staff are also proficient in liaising
with clients.
Staff training is also tailored to the individual
client, with refresher training undertaken whenever a staff member
begins work at a new site, ensuring the service given reflects the
individual clients needs.
Our site and area managers are also further trained
in motivation and leadership skills so they understand how to get
the best out of their staff.
