Peter Way – chairman
Peter has more than 15 years’ experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, providing cleaning and support services – starting from a Site Supervisor and working his way up to Operations Director, before founding Aquila.  His thorough knowledge of the industry at all levels is vital to Aquila’s ability to understand its clients needs.

Martin Popwell – operations director
Martin first started in the industry as a cleaner some 20 years ago.  Since then he has worked his way up through the industry as Site Manager for restaurants such as Bluebird, before helping Peter found Aquila.  Looking after the team of Area and Site Managers, Martin’s experience is integral in ensuring clients’ needs are consistently and effectively met.
